I forwarded an expedia reservation but tripit does not recognize it ? strange ??? How can I fixe it ?

TripIt still can not handle and does not recognize emails I send from the USAirways web site to plans@tripit.com even though the USAirways web site asks for a "From" address (which I enter and which is also my Tripit.com email address). Other freinds and family do receive the emails sent via the USAirways web site (and the emails they receive include a From: line with my email address). Frustrating that one of the large U.S. carrier is not supported.
