You asked for it, you got it! Today, we are pleased to announce the launch of one of the most-requested TripIt features- our brand new iPhone app. We know many of you have been waiting patiently for this app, so we decided to make it free, as a thank you for all of your support, and your great feedback about TripIt.
The iPhone app stores your upcoming TripIt itineraries, so you have instant access to your travel information whether you’re online, offline, or in airplane mode. Using the app, you can pull up websites for airlines, hotels, restaurants and much more, straight from your itinerary. You can also get maps and directions and direct dial phone numbers from your itinerary, just by tapping your finger. The app is available now in the iPhone and iTunes app stores.
