OK, so this isn't the sexiest bit of news to ever come out of TripIt, but it may be one of the more practical. You'd be surprised how many users write to us every day asking for the ability to add buses, ferries, taxis, and other forms of ground transportation to their trips. We also get plenty of requests for improved support for events and activities like concerts and theater.
So our crack "Itinerator" team has widened the scope of what you can now import into TripIt. Now you can send us confirmations from most of the big event and ticketing sites, like TicketMaster, StubHub, TicketWeb, Eventful, Tickets.com, Upcoming, Eventbrite -- even Fandango (yes, the site where you book movie tickets)!
We've also created a new "transportation" item in TripIt so you can add all kinds of ground (and water) transportation. There aren't many big sites people use to book ground transportation, but we do support confirmation emails from SuperShuttle. We are eager to support more transportation booking sites, so if you know of a big one, please let us know by emailing feedback@tripit.com.
We're happy to have these new trip items as part of the TripIt family. Enjoy!
Thank you for adding SuperShuttle! TripIt just keeps getting better and better.

I am using you for my stay in San Francisco next week especially since I deal with some more flight / hotel this time.
I would wish that you would add information -per service - on how to import data from them because unless I have a confirmation mail, I have no clue how to import them.
And even then sometimes there is no information in the mail but you take a link from there to go and use it (example priceline - nothing on the stay in the mail, but you check the link given).
If you understand Microformats, I have no clue either how to add them to my trips and such.
As much as it is dead simple to mail it to you, it is so complicated as in impossible to use the other features unless you do find it out once and then keep a help file on your own - not really what you want.

Hi, Nicole. Thanks for the feedback -- we definitely want to make sure TripIt is easy to use, and sounds like we may not be hitting the mark here. To help us better understand the issue, it would help to have an email dialog where we can ask you a few questions and bounce some ideas off you. I don't have your email address, so perhaps you could contact us at feedback@tripit.com and just reference this blog post and we'll take it from there.

You should receive the information of an email address with the comment. :)
I will make a list of them and send them to you.

This is a very nice program. Since I travel a lot to Phoenix hope its airport ground transportation can be included here since they've been very efficient.
