Hi,
I'm a user from India and I thought I couldn't send email to plans@tripit.com because Jet Airways is not listed in the supported airlines list. However, when I entered the information manually, to my surprise, the software understood the airline and gave departure and arrival stations for the flight number, which I assume would mean that you do support the airline, then why not mention it in the supported airlines list.

Hi, Sachendra. Good question, so thanks for asking it. They really are two different things. TripIt needs to build support for each airline's booking confirmation email format individually. But there are centralized databases where we can access all airline schedules quite easily. So that's why you see us automatically retrieve info when you manually enter a flight -- as long as it's included in our schedule database, it's easy for us to find.
